1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing free content, or purchasing a membership on advikprep.com (the "Service," "we," "us," "AdvikPrep"), you ("you," "student," "user") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase. AdvikPrep is not directed at children.
2. What AdvikPrep Is
AdvikPrep provides original, self-authored practice questions and quizzes for AWS certification exam preparation, including the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (SAA-C03) exam. AdvikPrep offers a free tier (a limited number of practice question sets) and a paid membership tier (expanded access to the full question bank, additional features, or exam simulations, as described on our pricing page).
3. Not Affiliated with, Endorsed by, or Sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Inc.
AdvikPrep is an independent, third-party study resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Amazon Web Services, Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. "AWS," "Amazon Web Services," and all related certification names (e.g. "AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate," "SAA-C03") are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates, used here only to describe the subject matter our practice questions cover. Any reference to these names is nominative and descriptive only.
4. Content Methodology and Use of AI
AdvikPrep's question bank is developed using a hybrid content pipeline: our team defines the taxonomy of exam-relevant concepts, curates and reviews all content, and uses generative AI tools as a drafting and productivity aid to help write question scenarios, options, and explanations at scale. Every question is checked against publicly available AWS documentation and reviewed by our team for technical accuracy before publication.
We do not source, copy, or reproduce content from actual/leaked exam questions, brain-dump sites, or any material obtained in violation of an AWS certification candidate's Non-Disclosure Agreement. All scenarios are original works based on publicly available AWS service documentation.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
6. Free Tier
We currently offer free sample practice sets to registered users at no cost, as described on our pricing page. We may change, limit, or discontinue the free tier at any time, for new or existing users, at our discretion.
7. Paid Membership, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
7.1 Subscription plans.
Paid plans, pricing, and billing frequency (e.g. monthly, annual) are described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
7.2 Auto-renewal.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using your saved payment method, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email before a renewal, where required by law in your jurisdiction.
7.3 How to cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Membership on the Service, or by emailing support@advikprep.com with a cancellation request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you will retain access until that date, and will not be charged again. We do not require phone calls, retention interviews, or any step beyond what's described here to process a cancellation.
7.4 Price changes.
We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. We will notify existing subscribers in advance of any price increase taking effect on their next renewal, and you may cancel before it applies.
7.5 Payment processing.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe, Lemon Squeezy). We do not store your full payment card details. Your payment is also subject to that processor's own terms.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. No Guarantee of Exam Success
AdvikPrep is a study aid, not a guarantee of passing any AWS certification exam. Practice question performance does not guarantee, and should not be interpreted as predicting, your result on the actual AWS certification exam, which is administered solely by AWS and/or its authorized testing partners (e.g. Pearson VUE, PSI). We make no representation or warranty that using our Service will result in passing any exam, and we do not offer a "pass guarantee" of any kind.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your account access or our question content to others;
- Scrape, copy, reproduce, or republish our question bank, in whole or part, by automated or manual means;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying question database;
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any AWS certification candidate agreement or NDA;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without a refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All questions, explanations, taxonomy, branding, and other content on AdvikPrep are owned by AdvikPrep or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal exam preparation only.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. While we make reasonable efforts to keep question content accurate and up to date with current AWS documentation, we do not warrant that content is error-free, complete, or current at all times, and AWS may change its exam content, services, or terminology at any time without notice to us.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdvikPrep and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including, without limitation, any exam result, career outcome, or decision made in reliance on our content.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, or gross negligence, where such limitation is not permitted).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdvikPrep from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent/abusive activity. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 7.3.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and for material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your own local jurisdiction (e.g. EU or UK consumers, or certain U.S. state residents).
